Michele Smith

I have lived in Orange Park Acres for 24 years. Included in my family are 2 horses and 5 dogs... Benzsen, 12 yr old Blue Australian Cattle Dog (my first agility dog), Simon, 11 yr old Australian Cattle dog / Aussie cross, Summer, 8 yr old Minature Australian Shepherd (Excellent B) agility dog, Abby, mini Aussie rescue (Excellent A) agility dog, and Tango, my newest member, starting agility.

I got involved with Agility after I retired my horse from Foxhunting and competing in Cross Country races. This was the closest thing to challenge me and my dog as a team. I started doing Obedience with my first Australian Cattle dog, but discovered he needed a bigger and more exciting job. So I tested the waters in Agility and never left!

I've been competing in Agility now for 11 years and love every minute. A sport you can do from young to very old with your four legged friends.
